1. General Information

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the delivery of art objects purchased from KAMICASHOW 

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Delivery Options

2.1 KAMICASHOWART offers the following delivery options:

- Standard Delivery

- Expedited Delivery

- Self-Pickup

3. Delivery Charges

3.1 Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and the weight/size of the items purchased.

3.2 Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

4.1 Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited delivery takes 1-3 business days.

4.2 KAMICASHOWART is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, courier delays).

5. Self-Pickup

5.1 Customers choosing the self-pickup option must schedule a pickup time with KAMICASHOWART at least 24 hours in advance.

5.2 The pickup location is  66 Johnston Road, Apt 3, Boston  MA 02124.

5.3 Customers must present valid identification and proof of purchase at the time of pickup.

6. Delivery Address

6.1 It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. KAMICASHOWART LLC is not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6.2 If an incorrect address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

7.1 Upon delivery, customers must inspect their items for any damage or discrepancies.

7.2 Any issues must be reported to KAMICASHOWART  within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Risk of Loss

8.1 All items purchased from KAMICASHOWART LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
